Research study aiming to improve speech in Friedreich’s ataxia looking for participants
Ataxia UK is funding a project that is testing a speech therapy treatment in people with FA. This study is run by Prof Anja Lowit in Strathclyde, Scotland; the aim is to test the effectiveness of a speech therapy technique called LSVT in improving communication for people with Friedreich’s ataxia.
