Scotland’s Kiltwalks 2024!

What is a Kiltwalk?

Kiltwalks are mass participation walking events that raise much-needed funds charities and projects, such as Ataxia UK. Every year Kiltwalk events take place across Scotland - Glasgow, Aberdeen, Dundee and Edinburgh and they're back for 2024!

There are 4 dates and locations for your diary - there is something for everyone in 2024!

Dates and Locations

2024 Kiltwalk dates:

  • Glasgow - April 28
  • Aberdeen - June 2
  • Dundee - August 11
  • Edinburgh - September 15

Distances and Routes

For each location you can choose from three walking distances:

  • Mighty Stride (26 miles)
  • Big Stroll (approx. 11- 15 miles)
  • Wee Wander (approx. 3-5 miles).

All the Wee Wander routes are wheelchair accessible and are all roughly three miles long.

The Glasgow route is mainly flat and aside from a few kerb drops and stairs (on which there will be the amazing Kiltie volunteers guiding you round a short diversion) the route is fully accessible.

You can check out maps of all the route on the free Kiltwalk app - just download and log in as a guest to see the full maps of all routes.
